chiliobrachys fimbriatus? does anybody keep these? i presume as its asian its got an iffy temperament with a nasty bite to boot, are they terrestrial or aboreal? or kinda in-between like chromatopelma cyanopubescens? also is the purple sheen very irridescent to the same degree as haplopelma lividus?. soory kinda curious as not heard of these before. Smile

sorry,think i got the common name mixed up with pamphobeteus sp,the common name should be "indian violet",would still like to hear if any body can give any inf tho. Smile

never kept these but hoping to a couple up this yrs bts exbo.
I would keep them like most asian species. deep substrate as they love to burrow, and high humidty.
Not sure on what the bite is like but imagine it would be painfull.
Have done a search but cant find much else on them.
Hope it helps anyway.

yeah! thanks, wasn't really considering keeping any,just kinda curious,as this species was not around when i kept REAL quantities of t's Smile

Ive not kept these but i know they are the same to keep as all haplopemas

t'other half aint too keen on african/ asian t's anyway ,so looks like its stick to birdeaters and brachy's for us!,still i might just manage to wangle a t.blondi. (hopefully) Laughing
