From what I understand, they only live on one small island in South America, and are being decimated there by introduced brown basilisks. _________________

I did manage to find some pictures of Blue phase Anoles, but I couldn't post them as they were BMP format! Sorry bout that.
Just google Blue Anole and click the image button, they are quite a few decent pics, with a few Red phase and also some very elaborate setup vivs!
Sorry again that it wouldn't allow me to put up the pics but they are there!
Good luck in your search. _________________ Beardies are the way!

I can't see them being true A. gorgonae for $10!! I'm pretty certain none are currently allowed to be collected from the wild for private collections...and if they did there would be a price to match! _________________ Regards James Stroud |

ok maybe, but they are advertised as such, and various other places list them, also very cheap.
I listed that one cos the thread author is in Ny and its an american site. _________________ Beardies

depending on where in ny you are you may want to visit dnj reptiles (long island) or reptile addicts (just outside of buffalo).
they will be able to help you out. _________________ cardboard city. |
