Hi all,

Can anyone tell me how often a beardie sheds. My boy is approx 5-6 months old. He shed in end of september, and now i have noticed he is shedding again.

Is there anything to worry about or is this normal. I have got 2 bearded dragon books and neither of them say anything about shedding.

Hi Tony,
my adults tend to shed every eight to ten weeks, young growing dragons can shed as much as every two weeks, all depends on feeding schedule and temperatures. I don't know what others have found with their dragons though.
