My younger brother got himself a pair of Green Anoles on Saturday, they're brilliantly vibrant. We haven't seen the male's dewlap yet but he displays reddish brown spots over 3/4s of his back when he's sunning himself.

Are you sure they are a m/f pair ?
Only ask as males fight like mad and one will almost certainly kill the other or bully it so it doesn't feed.
Stunning little lizards though, I have 3 at the moment, which includes the one that one of my snakes refused to eat. Need to do a new viv for them so I have them to watch all the time in the front room.

Ye pretty sure, the bottom pic is the male, he's got a bulge at the base of his tail and the other one doesn't.

My bro isn't impressed you tried to feed one to a snake!! He wants to buy them off you, any females?!
Have you got any in the shop? _________________ A lil bit of Madagascar

They are pets, but one i did have some as feeders as one of my snakes would only take live lizards. She went off them though in the end and finally passed away after tube feeding for weeks.
There are none in the shop now, but I'm sure Richard can get more if anyone wants some. Pot luck on what sexes arrive though.
I've def got one female, other two might be males, but there is a lot of greenery in there so they can avoid each other.
Mike
P.S. try the anoles on flies, like house flies, they love them and will even jump and grab them from the air. |

I don't remember how much TBH, around a tenner I'd think. I usually pay less as I'm good friends with the shop owner and also help out there a fair bit.
