Superb result, well done, great looking Fijis to! Did you find when they bred that you had any issues with the female not letting the male mate with her?

On occasion i did see she was resisting his advances, but i guess he must be a little convincing as this is her fourth clutch she is about to lay.

Both have been none stop since hitting maturity (approx 20 months).

Number 11 Hatching this morning,

Oh happy days Rolling Eyes

Thanks for the info, and congrats once again. What temps and conditions did you incubate them at and in.

Jerry

Hi Scott,

We will be offering the first UK Captive Bred pairs in a few weeks when they are established and feeding correctly. Please feel free to pass on the list to us, or drop our contact details out.

The only thing that we have left at the moment is more Fiji's, due in 4- 5 weeks, and we have another female due to lay within the next 2 weeks.

Other than that it will be later in the year before our breeding projects are known.

Jerry

We keep them as 1.1, not normally a good idea to have 2 males together.

i was told that if you let 2 males meet ,that would stimulate breeding activity .. thats why i wonder. i didnt ment to keep 2 males permanent in the same enclosure Smile
