Mark, you've miss read my post. Free roaming will (as with all my animals) only be allowed when Im at home which is luckily, frequently.

Lophius, dont worry my lounge is already very much lizard proof due to my other pets.

Think of a normal 3 seater sofa and all the wasted space under and behind the coushons (the sofa frame). That wasted space will in effect be the Viv, does that make more sence?

I would have thought the human traffic around a sofa/viv would prove stressful for the tegu?

They are stunning animals though... *has also been dreaming for a few years*
