I have had him since he was 12 weeks old, he is 19 years old now.

Stu, the beard is platted which provides endless amusement for Wilfie. Laughing

Pete he is lovely reminds me of my boy Jasper, they are such great birds arnt they so nosy Very Happy

Had to leave my boy with my ex as had no room for his huge cage long story Crying or Very sad

Glad you like him Karen. Sorry that you had to part with yours. Wilfie is so bonded to me , that the idea of ever parting with him just simply is not an option. He wants to be where I am .

He has outlasted Human partners put it that way! Laughing

Jasper wasnt as attached to me as Wilfie is to you he was a mans parrot, didnt like woman much, but he tolerated me cos i fed him and cleaned up after him Very Happy

i had the pleasure of him for 15 yrs and then after i left my ex gave him away thats what maddens me Evil or Very Mad

Yes Wilfie has had 19 solid years of bonding so we are inseperable really . He is as Jasper was, a man`s parrot. Women can`t get near him and he is both incredibly inventive and very funny when he sets out to wind my other half up, and is very successful at it! It`s great entertainment though, and it makes her laugh just as much as it does me. Laughing

Good old Wilfie, when I met him he was good as gold, and climbed onto me. A truly great charecter he is. Nice to see the pics of him Pete.
