Congrats Scott, and best of luck with incubation.
With a recessive trait, wouldn't a homozygous dominant x heterozygous pairing result in an equal 50/50 split between homozygous dominant and heterozygous genotypes?, not 75% homozygous dominant, 25% heterozygous as you posted... |

Congrats Scott! These work well for monitor vivs, not the cheapo versions but the proper multi layer cork backgrounds. I have seen them being used for various Varanus with great success As you say this does greatly increase the usable volumetric space, also detailed on Bobs great site http://treemonitors.com/photoenclosures.htm. _________________ www.rickslivefood.co.uk
