It's Vicki.
We've decided i'm far to big for it to eat so i'm going to chop J up into little pieces then feed him to it!!!
We're going to get rid of it but it looks funny when you chase it round the tub with a chopstick.
How weird are these things...

It is definately a species of dragonfly nymph.
From the shape I would think it is a Ruddy darter Sympetrum sanguinium |
