I have both males and females. Unfortunatly both of those are males 100%. No females have bulges that large. _________________

Same here. I have both males and females. A female 'bulge' looks nothing like those two.

Although some females may have a slightly raised are the males have 2 bulges. You can clearly see the 2 bulges in the pics. _________________
