Are you placing the eggs directly on the vermiculite?Or are you raising them off it? |

i have 20 small gnomes sat in there holding the eggs just off the vermiculite

Thanks Taben she is great to work with at the worst of times (i think this is to do with age and how close she is to the original strain) so this helped when i was pestering her.
I candled a fair few of them last night (inc the ones i wasnt so sure about) and they all look good, inc the odd one (pictured below)
As for the hatchlings, due to having 2 males in there what pops out is still going to be a suprise. If i have supers in the clutch then it'll still be ok but i'd prefer not to have any supers in there, tiger het striped would be just fantastic

I have had plenty of tear drops and ones with windows,they have usually bean fine.
Looking forward to early jan for some piping. |
