What do you keep yours in? I'm having great problems finding something suitable. _________________

Large chinchilla/ferret cages with metal floors as they chew everything, as their feet are not good with wire we got a friend of ours (blacksmith) to make some solid metal ramps with grip for them.
Our friend who has 6 uses dog crates again with metal floors but has had a metal barrier put around the bottom foot to stop young they have getting through the gaps (adults cant get through young can) she got hers from mole valley farmers but im sure you can get them online. |

I have seen an advert for them on the net, selling them for £350 each, I thought it was way to much. Whats the normal price for one?
Would this cage be ok for some? It is huge, ive got my fancy rats in it at the moment.

To be truthful, Id love some for myself, ive kept loads of other pets, but would something with a longer life span than your normal pet rat, where 2 years is a good life for them. _________________ Katz |
