Hey all,

i saw some of these boxes today and they are quite cheap but i was just wondering how you ventilate them for snakes. Any information?

You can drill them or fit vents from b&q
i just drill a rake of holes in them Wink

Any particular pattern of holes or just everywhere? What size holes? You can buy vents from B&Q? how much are they?

I purchased a few vents from travis perkins for peanuts Wink

but i use a five mil hole and wack a few holes in a row on both sides

I love Really Useful Boxes- they're much sturdier and easier to clean than Conticos. I buy the circular contico vents from Eurorep and fit them.

Forgot to add that vents from travis perkins are about 99p each circular ones

i nicked a hole saw from work and just used silican sealant to seal it in place .

like this one but they can be bought from cheap tool shops

I make holes in my tubs with a soldering iron, handy & there's no chance of the plastic cracking like when drilling......
