Hi,
One of your members is having problems logging in.
His username is JKL and when he tries to reset his password it wont let him. Any direction would be appreciated......

I can send him a new password if he emails me from the email address he registered with, he can then change it to what he wants.

He hasn't got it. He has had this happen before, "AOL does this sometimes"
