This is a monster Oreganus (nor pac rattlesnake). i love these guys found 17 this year already.

Yep, great pictures.

It's looks quite a dull day? what have you found to be the best weather for 'reptile hunting'?

Seeing a range of wild herps always makes me jealous....after all we only have the 6 wild reptile species over here Sad

No prob hehe, Thanks for looking. Yes we do, i say CA and AZ have one of the MOST wide spread of species of herps in the US. I have 10 species this year, 41 snakes, over 40 species of herps, and close to 500 herps this year alone and herping just started! Wish me luck!
