Will have one soon when I get round to it!
What sort of base you going for traditional footings or raft?
I went for traditional trench footings on my last building project, a metre deep, the damn water table though in my area is way high and the trench was contiually flooded at the base so it increased cost as I had to use sopecial mix concrete that was ok for continuos wet conditions!
Also then had to use clayboards to line the trench as the soil is london clay, subject to shrink and heave! So should have gone with a raft base in the first place would have ended up cheaper blasted thing!
Soz a bit of at a tangent there, I take it your going for brick built? _________________ www.rickslivefood.co.uk

Then hide in it all day, fridge with beer in, DVD player, surrounded by herps, heaven mate! _________________ www.rickslivefood.co.uk
