We don't really allow this sort of thing on the forum and generally ask people to use the classifieds site.

D. mysteriosus is a difficult frog to deal with not in their care aspects but in the legality of keeping them.

They have never been legally exported so every CB animal is a direct descendant from smuggled animals and keeping them is not permitted but gets a blnd eye turned by some countries. In certain EU countries hobbiests (frog) have had major problems with authorities seizing animals from them and some times taking entire collections and issuing fines due to having these frogs.

So even if they are CB these frog would be coming from originally smuggled animals with out the possibility of maybe coming from a line that was legaly exported.

They do how ever breed very easily with similar breeding habits and tadpole rearing needs of auratus.

Fascinating information about the legality of D.mysteriosus.I've seen them for sale and they were high on my wish list since I started keeping frogs about a year ago.Fabulous little animals !

Some countries take it alot more serious than others Lynne but yes they can be rightfully seized as they have never been legally exported nor can they be grandfathered in to anything since they where thought to be extinct at some point.
