For anyone who saw the chip shop foxes on springwatch-heres one asleep in my garden in the middle of the afternoon!

Well, dozing anyway. Eyes closed, curled up, slow breathing etc. thats right in the corner of the garden, and its a very "urban" fox. I woke him up tryingto take a closer pic, he opened one eye,saw me, ears went up and he was off!

I would have, and i would have agreed had I been back home where I am in the country and foxes are a real predatorial threat to people like us who keep chickens...

However here in the city I dont mind them at all-just like I dont mind them in other places where they are no real threat to me. Hell, in some places Ive seen them they help keep the rabbits down which saves me the job! Wink
