bit advise on here .

i usually just mix up what ever veg i have been using for my dinner .

carrot , greens , potato , and mix it with some fish food . not too much though just enough for how ever many roaches you have .

some others on here use dry dog food too

ive also just started putting apple in too and they go mad for it

Hi aidan.
I started off with about 40 roaches, blaptica dubia which i got from Rick. i now have hundreds of them & have started to use them for feeding. i have had them for about 10 months. best advice which i was given, is to keep them in the dark & keep them warm. i make up a dry feed from weetabix, porridge oats, vitalin, bran & biscuit crumbs (they like anything sweet. mine also get any fruit or veg & salad thats left over also wholemeal bread. another thing i do when we have chicken for dinner is to put the carcass in, next morning its stripped to the bone. they really are worth the effort as all my reps( panther & monitors especially ackies, love e'm) i must have saved a few quid as i dont use crickets anymore. good luck.

p.s They are also really interesting to keep.
