Ok here is what I think

1) Gargoyle gecko - Rhacodactylus auriculatus
2) Bearded dragon - Pogona vitticeps
3)Gila Monster - Heloderma suspectum
4) Leopard Gecko - Eublepharis macularius

They quite tricky, are we allowed multiple guesses?
