Anyone else heard about this cumbrian outbreak? It was in BBC wildlife this week... scary stuff and taken rather too lightly in my opinion _________________ Interested in amphibians? chytridmycosis is in short a fungal disease that it ripping through amphibian populations world wide It's already nearly wiped out many of the Atelopus toad speices

Its right up there with habitat destruction, increased UV levels and the pet trade in the top threats to amphibians these days.
