Heya all,
I'm just after some opinions as to how likely I am to locate any C.cataphractus/armadillo lizards. I have heard that they cannot be exported - is that true? I was under the impression that they weren't CITES and were available WC, but is this not true? I was looking through some of the Houten pics as well, and I think there are some in one of the boxes on there, so are they something that would be available at the international shows? Any information would be great.
Also, I noticed that some people here have dwarf sungazers, C.tropidosternum; what colour are they as adults? I have seen several pics of darker animals with a lighter colour across the the lower jaw, but they have all been youngsters. Conversely, I have seen pics of adult animals that are more brown in colour. Are babies darker than adults? Or are these separate species?
Many thanks. |
