Look at my beautiful new mountain chickens, and check out the pic of me holding the (male?) will tell you now that I have hands like shovels! (I'm about 6'5)

Almost impossible to get hold of for a start! The supplier I got them from is at the moment the only importer of this species. Apparently they are captive farmed in Surinam. Whether this is true or not I will never know. Not a lot of info at all on the net apart from zoological accounts. The ones from Jersey/Durrel zoo are the best. Hope this helps
