hi all ive just brought royal python(ozzy)he shed a few weeks ago but still has old skin a round his mouth wat is the best way to remove thank you

If it's not around or on his eyes I would be tempted to leave it rather than stress him out trying to remove it.

Just make sure next time he is coming up to shed to increase the humidity in the viv by spraying and also have a large water bowl that he can soak in (placed at the hot end of the viv, this will help increase humidity and make the snake more inclined to soak). This old piece of skin should then come off with it's next shed.
