Great service from them. I ordered a heat strip, paid for it then realised that it was the wrong size. Phoned and it was sorted straight away. Recieved goods the next day. 
they are not far from my parents so will make the trip when i am next up

mark and daz travelled up to me 3 times. twice with snakes and once to try and assist feed one. thats service. its really the haggis rolls they like.
and i needed a heat strip fast, so they upped the delivery to courier at no extra xost.
oh the assist feed didnt work. the snake ate half a fuzzy which they ripped in half in the living room!!! yuck.
