This is very interesting,

so from this it shold be possible to breed ball x chondro also, imagine that !!

although it would probably be the hardest snake in the world to get to feed...LOL...

Although not everyones cup of tea, it just goes to show that snakes species even on different continents are very closely related.

I like that a lot, and personally don't see anything wrong with Hybrids within reason, there is bound to be some naturally occuring in the wild anyway. Humans do it all the time in a way, how many british people have married asian people etc etc etc, years ago that was considered wrong. Hell we're all humans at the end of the day, don't matter what colour or creed we are. Similar with snakes I would imagine Very Happy

Sorry but that cross is hardly going to accur naturally in the wild. And crossing different species can hardly be compared to people from different cultures getting married

The point I was trying to make is that no-one can either prove or disprove catagorically whether it does or doesn't, new species are being discovered almost daily now, and who is to say that at one point during evolution the two snakes didn't meet and join to form another different snake.

I wasn't actually referring to people of different cultures, I was referring to people of different countries, mixed racial marriages etc. At one point that was frowned upon and I believe (though don't quote me) that at some point is the past it was believed that if coloureds and white bred they would have deformed and sick children. Much the same really when you think about it seriously as it all comes down to genetics. My personal opinion is that they can't be FORCED to breed if it is completely alien to them. What I do disagree with is some of the far more worrying genetic experiments that go on secretely in laboratories.

And just to clartify my stand on things I am neither racist, sexist or any other kind of ist, each to their own as long as they are happy, healthy and not murdering people or molesting children or torturing animals.

Thats fair enough. I just really think that it is not our place to be crossing species which do not live any where near each other purely for our amusement. The burmball is another which i really worry about, god knows what its insides will be like Crying or Very sad
