|
|
I have an aquarium fully planted now for pygmy chams which I ordered some months ago, only thing is that the substrate seems to be getting inhabited..
I am going to throw in some earth worms and some woodlice to give it a picking over and have already released a spider which has been feeding well on flies that investigate.. but is there anything else I can add which will kill mites and anything else that may establish in the substrate?
also will pygmy chams eat woodlice? I have not found much that really seems to want to in the past.. |

It's the micro fauna that makes it self cleaning I'd add in sme spring tails also.
As for what eats mites I'm not sure _________________ Paul
