Personally I don't have any problems with anyone promoting their sites in this section, after all it's what it's for. Also there's nothing wrong if you want to post up a link to other related sites that aren't yours but you think the visitors to this site might enjoy. (of course you do have to be past the 50 post count stage Wink )

All those that aren't a big fan of certain links people post up the best advice is to just ignore them and not reply in the thread...after all there's no such thing as bad publicity Wink

I don't see any website or forum as a threat, I believe people have a free choice of where to read and post, I just hope that once they've read and posted on CaptiveBred they will realise there's no need to visit any others Laughing Cool

forgot to say....Thanks to all those that support this forum, I'm sure we'll survive even if another 50 forums start up this week Wink Very Happy

lo,of course you will thats why we are no thrat to you. It just seems like some of your members are. Thism post was not meant to cause offence and if it did aplogies but why be funny when like scott says if another 50 forums start us this week it wont effect him Smile
