Right im really tempted to buy Lobster roaches (from Rick of course) i already have dubia but they are gonna take a while before i can start to feed off. so ive been looking into the Lobster my only concern is that they will climb almost anything, so i was wondering how to people feed them to there lizards i have a beardie in a viv and geckos is a RUB so i dont want them to be all up on the ceiling and my lizards cant get them?

usual way is 2 put a 2 inch vasaline strip along the top of the viv the roaches wont go on it and wont go on the roof and its harless to your reptile as far as im aware

Hi, I've started putting a measured amount of roaches into a steep sided, ceramic pot with a pinch of calsium/vit powder in the bottom. It seems to clog the tarsal hooks/hairs on the feet and they/mine cant climb it. The lizards help themselves. I have seen a few run up the lizards and off, if they happen to linger too long or dive straight in and explode the roaches out, so watch for that. Very Happy

I have a 36L RUB with the vasaline around the egde, put beardies and roaches in there and let battle commence!
