Cheers, I heard from paypal yesterday and the claim/dispute was awarded in my favour but they only managed to refund me £23 of the £120 so will just have to wait and see if they get the rest. Not holding my breath though, lol. Bought phone off ebay last christmas and am still waiting for them to recover about £60. Thanks again for the advice !
