has anyone ever seen there tortoise with what looks like there in testings hang out from the tail and the tail is absolutely massive about 4 or 5 times the normal size

my dads trying to get in touch with his mate that has loads of tortoise but need help now

Couldnt say for sure without seeing it,but could be a prolapse in which case a vet should be seen straight away

yes it is prolapse and my vets are closed till tomorrow is there anything i can do to help i no if t drys up it will die so should i put him in water ever so often or something help quick

Mist the prolaps with tepid water and DO NOT let it dry out, wrap some damp tissue around the area and try and keep it moist by misting every hour or so.

Sorry mate i have no idea whatsoever, but i would definitely try to find a specialist reptile vet rather than a average cat and dog vet

See if you can apply some olive oil..if not place it in a tub and cover the bottom with oil so it will coat it as it moves around...
